A plaster relief sculpture by Rudolf Lutz under the educational direction of Johannes Itten. While the name might not ring a bell, his legacy will. As one of the most influential figures from the Bauhaus, he introduced the idea of making all art students go through a foundational course at the beginning of their studies, making sure they were exposed to as many mediums as possible before choosing their focus.
