We stopped by the NADA art fair in New York this weekend and discovered a few artists we really clicked with, one of them being Mariah Robertson. 

As yet another person who dabbled in the darkroom in high school and college, I know how that chemical process can draw fascination in a way photoshop never can. Robertson's alchemic explorations pare down these photographic tools, eliminating the straightforward subject captured through the lens, and pulling these elements into the realm of painting, printmaking, sculpture and installation.
